Getting Slim By Eating More

So many diet programs have been invented, put together, designed to supposedly shed off those unwanted pounds, love handles or permanent floaters around the waist.

As with any hard labor coupled with patience and perseverance, the desired weight and figure is attainable. But how many are able to achieve this? How many failed? How many stick to their supposed diet but ailing each day trying to get their attention back to the end result that finally that desired sexy body will be hers/his?

Some would do it for health reasons like countering obesity. Obesity is no joke. A child who is pampered with too much food (or perhaps too much junk) at a very early age and turned into a cute, squeezable live doll even before reaching 10 is in danger of a heart problem when he or she grows up as an adult. Remember, anything that is too much is dangerous.

If others do it for health reason, others lose weight for vanity especially if there is this special someone's attention that's wanted to get caught. The twin of vanity is ego. Anyone doing it for vanity is doing it for his or her own ego. It feels good to be admired, liked and adored.

Whatever the reason is, they all want the same result: slim and sexy.

How come, though, many fail? The eat-less diet or the no-food-after-your-last-meal-before-six diet (no intake after 6pm)?

What is done wrong?

There is a solution better than the weight watchers and the Jenny Craig diet!

I have a girl friend who had her married sister, together with the husband and 2 little boys, spend about a month with the rest of the family. My friend is basically overweight. What's surprising is, she is a light-eater (not the light that shines bright but light in terms of weight, ok?). Her nutritionist advised her to eat three times than what she normally eats but just could not. But when her sister's family came over, it's almost like party every day because of the two little boys. To her surprise, she lost weight even when she ate more. Her dad had the same experience. Her dad has the habit of not eating lunch nor dinner but when the visitors came, he had no choice but to eat and to his surprise, he lost weight!

The system must be correct! I must discover and unfold the mystery even more!
